"Young Lady, You're Scaring Me" Video Premiere on BrooklynVegan

I've been working on a record for the last year with my pal, Joe Bisirri, and it's done and i believe it will be called "HEAVY META".  Until all that is birthed in the physical and digital form later this year, here is a music video directed by Ryan Bender for a song from the record called, "Young Lady, You're Scaring Me".  Premiered today on Brooklyn Vegan.

the reviews are flying in:

"it's nice to see garage rock where the lyrics aren't about smoking weed or aliens or pizza"

Farewell Philadelphia and 2015

Hey you,
It's been a transformative year.  Pretty, ugly.  My new record will tell you a little bit about it, and I hope to share all of that soon.  However, time has come to turn some pages as I cap off some weird rebirth by leaving the place I've called home for the last decade, say farewell to life part one and relocate down to Nashville, TN for a while to bury myself in jams, good people and figure out what to do next.  Band and I will be capping off the year with two shows I am quite excited about.
12/16 - FAREWELL PHILLY SHOW @ BOOT AND SADDLE
12/18 - BROOKLYN, NY - UNION POOL

SEE YOU ON THE OTHERSIDE, HAPPY HOLIDAYS

allston pudding session/live album

hi ______,
got a bunch of things in the works right now.  (second album, a "zine", an american diamond recordings compilation) and a live-album from a session i did with the awesome peoples over at allston pudding in boston in march.  it was while i was on tour with the lawsuits, and they were my band for the session.  here is a peak with a song called, "Kill the Medicine Man":

the lawsuits and i venture south to nashville in May. stay tuned for dates.

March tour with The Lawsuits

happy to announce The Lawsuits and I will be embarking on a cosmic pummeling (tour) of the entire northeastern United States this March. honored that they will also be my band for this tour.

a handful of these dates are also with the very great Happiness The Band who you may recognize from Deer Tick and Ravi Shavi.

for those not intrigued by non-moving pictures here is a video of mundane tour promotional tasks to get you excited that also features a very unfulfilling snippet of one of the new songs on an upcoming release of mine....more soon.
